Their Stone

Amethyst is a stone of sobriety that can help addicts, especially alcoholics, change their habits so they can know true freedom and peace. Amethyst encourages us to be logical and wise. It helps us to see transformation as a long process, rather than a quick one-time fix. It reminds us to celebrate each small victory and to stay positive and hopeful for the future. Amethyst helps us to have strong boundaries while also being compassionate and loving to ourselves and the people we care about. It gives us strength and determination so that we can create a healthy and happy life.
