There’s a veterinarian in a small town who saves lives. She cares for dogs, cats and other pets as you might expect; but she cares for people too. Sometimes that means comforting someone when their animal crosses the Rainbow Bridge. Sometimes it’s bigger than that.
Once there was a young mother living in an abusive relationship. The man hurt her and hurt her dog too. The dog was so badly injured that it needed a $7,000 surgery or else needed to be put down. The young mother had no money and seemingly no choices. The kindhearted (and very wise) vet “adopted” the dog and made sure it got the lifesaving surgery. She then told the young woman, “I saved your dog. Now it’s your turn to save yourself and your daughter.” The young mother found the courage to leave and now she and her daughter are thriving!
The sister of that young mother wants the vet to receive a Feel Loved Crystal. Partly because she greatly admires her! Partly because the vet is currently grieving her own pet who has crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
Their Stone

It is a stone that evokes feelings of “home” and “community” a place where we are loved, supported, accepted, and valued.
