She’s 69 years old and recently had a 2nd knee replacement. She won’t be kneeling in gratitude anytime soon, but her heart is brimming with positive energy. She’s a happy person by nature, and now it’s time to celebrate again! Growing up in India, her family celebrated Diwali, the Hindu Festival of Lights. She married a Christian, converted and now she celebrates Christmas from her home in the United States. Whether Diwali or Christmas, the meaning is the same – it’s about celebrating the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, knowledge over ignorance, and hope over despair. No matter her circumstances, she’s firmly in the Light.
Her niece in India is looking forward to seeing her sometime soon. She admires her auntie’s beautiful spirit and wants her to know that people care about her and are praying that she has a swift recovery.
Their Stone
Azurite in Granite, also called “K2” is mined in the shadow of the world’s 2nd largest mountain. Azurite is one of the “stones of Heaven” which can help us to align ourselves with the Divine and to spiritually evolve throughout our lives. It helps us to face challenges bravely and maturely and to keep a positive outlook. Granite helps us to dismiss needless negativity and to stay focused on the Big Picture which is always filled with possibilities. Metaphysical healers use Azurite specifically for treating knees, while Granite is used to strengthen the lower half of the body in general. Together they provide a firm foundation for a noble spirit to prosper.

Azurite is intimately entwined with art history and was the most common source for blue paint in medieval and Renaissance paintings. This beautiful mineral has also been considering a healing stone for thousands of years. Pliny the Elder describes it in Natural History as a medicine for hair and eyelashes. In modern crystal healing, Azurite is a stone of wisdom and truth. Its energy will benefit anyone who hungers for justice or seeks deep emotional healing. […]
