At Moonrise Crystals we believe that there’s a crystal for every person and every situation. This Ocean Jasper was gifted to a very special person. They were nominated by someone who loves them very much.
After his brother died, he made it a point to always be there for the widow and her kids. If something breaks around the house, he’ll come over to fix it. If someone is in the hospital, he’ll show up to keep them company. No matter their age, he remembers them at Christmas. Over the years, he’s quietly paid lawyer’s fees, purchased plane tickets, and done whatever else might be needed, without asking for anything in return. He simply wants his loved ones to be happy and healthy, and to have a fair shot at a good life.
His grown-up niece says that he is the most selfless person she has ever known. He is always putting other people first and he’s the glue that keeps the family together. She wants her Uncle to know that his kindness will never be forgotten and she loves him very much!

Ocean Jasper sings to those of us who shoulder our responsibilities with a glad heart. Ocean Jasper is a wonderful and very colorful Rhyolite found only in Madagascar. Its bright colors are fully natural and with some much variation, no stone is identical. It is found on the surface, or just below and has been mined extensively for the past few decades. Rumor has it that the Ocean Jasper deposit is playing out and so the supply has become increasingly precious. Energetically it has one of the most mature energies in the crystal kingdom.
