The Story Behind Today’s Gift
Agent Little Joe and his sister Big Jesse are good dogs! They have their very own Facebook page and have lots of fans. At first, their mom just shared pictures and described the world from their point of view. But these two pups decided that they should use their fame to help orphan dogs who don’t have nice moms of their own. They use their Facebook page to raise money for shelter dogs all over the country. They’ve started a fund and sometime they sell things like tee-shirts, purses and soap. For the past two years they’ve run successful blanket and coat drives for shelter dogs. Those cement floors look so cold and unfriendly! No dog should have to sit in a lonely cage without something to keep them warm! Recently they learned that some shelter dogs are blind and need a “halo” to help protect them from running into things. But sometimes humans can’t afford the halo. Isn’t that sad? Never fear – Agent Little Joe and Big Jesse to the rescue! Woof, woof!
One of their fans is impressed. She thinks they are VERY good dogs with a VERY kind mom. She wants them all to know that she can see how big their hearts are. Keep up the good work!

Rainforest Jasper is a beautiful green and brown Rhyolite found only in Queensland, Australia. While most of Australia is a dry desert, Queensland boasts an ancient rainforest. Because Rainforest Jasper has such a high silica content, it often has spots of pure quartz, like little pools of water, hidden in the forest.
