In a few days, she’ll be 23 years old. She’s in nursing school and mother to a darling toddler. She’s a natural-born caregiver, always checking in on others and sensible enough to take good care of herself too. She’s one of the lucky ones – born with a joyful heart that makes her a delight to all who know her. She never lets the hard times get to her. She’s always laughing, dancing, joking around and bringing Light into the world. Her spirit shines with exquisite beauty.
Something went seriously wrong last summer and since then she’s been battling life-threatening forces. She’s spent the last few months in and out of hospitals and the news from her doctors is scary and confusing. But she’s kept on shining bright. She never complains. Instead, she keeps a compassionate eye on her loved ones and checks in regularly, to make sure they’re doing alright.
Just before Christmas, she bought a Red Hematite Quartz, adding it to her healing toolkit. She’s open to anything that might help her body heal. But she’s in an ICU right now, on a breathing tube and feeding tube and everything is horribly, terribly wrong.
Her big sister knows that she can recover. After all, this dearest, more precious little sister is the family’s “Shining Light”. So her big sister is sending all her love and healing energy and praying for a miracle. Perhaps another stone might help?
