Information provided regarding metaphysical and other properties of crystals, minerals, healing qualities, or other purposes have been provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not intended for diagnosing illness, prescription, or advice and should not replace proper medical attention. Moonrise Crystals reserves the right to void an Order due to technical errors, software malfunctions or unacceptable ecustomer behavior.

PAYMENT

We accept credit card, debit card payments through PAYPAL gateway. Your invoice receipt will be e-mailed immediately to confirm your order. If you have not received your invoice, please check or deactivate your SPAM Blocker……

PAYPAL accepts, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express & Echeck. When using Echeck payment, product ordered will be shipped upon PayPal receipt notification of Echeck payment.

If you are having difficulty placing an order, please send email direct to: julie@moonrisecrystals.com and Moonrise Crystals can place your order at no additional cost.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final and replacement of an item may not be possible due to the limited availability of merchandise. A great deal of care goes into the packing and shipping of your purchase. If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify Moonrise Crystals by email julie@moonrisecrystals.com upon receipt of the order. You must mail back the broken item(s) on the original package to file for insurance. Failure to adhere to the requirements will VOID your claim for a replacement or refund.

Refunds, replacement or credits will be handled upon receipt of the damaged merchandise and most will be handled within 48 hours, sometimes may require up to the maximum time allowed to file a claim by the Postal Office or UPS. Refunds will not cover the shipping and packaging cost.

Moonrise Crystals takes everyone’s privacy seriously! We understand the importance of handling any and all information in a professional and confidential manner. We do not collect ANY specific identifying information about the visitors to this site (email communications and product orders excluded).
We may, record certain non-personal statistical data about visitors to this site on an anonymous basis. Information about the time and length of your visit, the pages you look at, and the Web site you came to us from. We may also retain the name of your Internet service provider. This information is strictly for review of usage patterns and gives us ideas for improving our site and/or marketing campaigns.
