Cavansite is a vivid blue mineral highly-prized by collectors. The majority of specimens are from western India and are mined alongside Apophyllite and Stilbite. It occasionally grows as small prismatic crystals, but is more likely to form as a thin plate, ball, or rosette. It is a delicate mineral and should be kept on shelf or in a bowl, rather than carried in a pocket or medicine bag. Energetically, Cavansite has a joyful presence, eager to help us develop our full potential. If we feel stuck, it can help us to get out of a rut, push past a block, or otherwise break free.
