Eudialyte
Energy Vibrations

Rare Eudialyte from Sweden! Most of the Eudialyte on the market comes from the nearby Kola Peninsula in Russia, but these sweet babies are from further west. They were hand-collected by an old prospector who specializes in rare Nordic crystals. He sends his rough stones to a lapidary to be polished. The left over chips he has strung into beads so that there is no waste. Each Eudialyte bracelet is a combination of several minerals, the pink parts are the Eudialyte, the black is most likely Aegirine and the white Albite (aka: Moonstone).

Eudialyte from Sweden

This Eudialyte come from a prospector exploring in Sweden.  They were mined using hand tools and have the lowest-environmental impact and is low risk for the miner.

This gem dealer is a Danish prospector. He runs a small one-man wholesale business. He prospects for stones across northern Europe and Greenland. Rough stones are sent to China to be drum-tumbled. Factory conditions are safe for workers.

I first met this source at the 2020 Tucson Gem Show. I was looking for a better source for Nuummite and found a new one that specialized in stones from Greenland and Northern Europe. The owner is an old prospector who has been in the business for almost 50 years and he has STORIES! We talked for 2 hours straight and he provided me with incredibly detailed information. Without reservation, I bought some of everything.

Eudialyte Healing, Mineralogy, and History

Published September 2016  •  Updated March 2024  •  Read Time: 6 minutes
Eudialyte is rosy red mineral that grows in igneous rocks.  It is principally mined as a minor ore for Zirconium, but some pretty crystals are set aside for the collector’s market.  It contains a tiny amount of Uranium, a fact which worries some crystal healers, but does not at alarm geologists who understand the scale and scope.  Most of the Eudialyte on the market comes from the far North, including Canada, Greenland and Russia, and its associated with legends from the indigenous peoples near the arctic.  Eudialyte is a stone of courage and self-love.  Its energy encourages us to have good boundaries and to resist self-destructive behaviors and habits.
