Kambaba Jasper is a beautiful green stone with black spots that is found only in Madagascar. Despite the name, its not a “true Jasper”. Nor is it a Stromatolite, fossilized blue-green algae in a sedimentary rock, as is sometimes claimed. Geology reports make it clear that it is actually a Rhyollite, a spotted igneous rock with a high silica content. Energetically it is calm and stabile.
