She’s turning 30 next month and her self-esteem has been taking a hit. She’s not in the place she’d thought she’d be by this age. She’s working on “Plan B” and trying to moving forward confidently. But anxiety is hovering at her heels, tripping her up and slowing her down. She tries to hide it and show a brave face to the world, but it’s hard. On top of the mental worries, she’s also got some physical pain to contend with – a little arthritis and nerve spasms. The combination of mind and body, is brutal. She secretly worries, is this a sign of the end? Is everything just downhill from here? Is it too late?

Her big sister has been a lifelong friend and a role model! The little sister wants to wrap her big sister up in a warm cocoon of loving energy. Something powerful to make all that icky anxiety and pain goes away. She wants to show her big sister that people care about her and are cheering her on.

Sapphire is a stone of wisdom and peace. It calms and purifies the mind, shining light and truth into all the dark corners inside us where anxiety and depression thrive. It helps us to untangle those dark energies so they no longer invade our thoughts or control us in any way. Sapphire helps us to see ourselves and our life honestly, without shame, guilt or apology. It takes away any confusion that clouds our spirit and hides our natural shine. Sapphire shows us that our own hero’s journey is still unfolding.
